Join us in welcoming Ms. Dasha Stowe to our team of instructors. Dasha has her level 2 certification and competes nationally as a CrossFit Athlete. She has previous instructing experience, is a true student, and athlete of the sport, and enjoys the training atmosphere. Dasha is precise with her training and is ready to help you reach your full potential.

Kids FIt Clinic and Kids Homeschool Group
Dash Stowe leads kids fit clinic. This is an 8 week course of functional training designed for kids. The crosstraining will teach kids fundamentals of training and functional movement similar to that of the adult crosstraining class.
Ashleigh Seely leads the kids home school group. This is a class offered to distance learning, home school, or shared school kids who are otherwise missing a physical education component and who are able to attend a class during daytime hours. This class will focus on physical fitness, wellness, and principles of a healthy and active lifestyle. Includes functional movement, speed and agility, and stability training.
Join us in welcoming Tane Pierce to our team of instructors. Tane is an experienced fighter who has competed in various matches. Young and excited Tane is ready to bring instruction to both youth and adults.
